With an average, annual re-enrollment percentage exceeding 92% for our PA families, we have listened to your feedback and are excited to introduce Continuous Enrollment! Here is what you need to know:
- The Continuous Enrollment contract allows PA families to enroll their child at PA until graduation or withdrawal with a one-time agreement.
- If your family chooses not to return to PA the next school year, a parent or guardian must complete the Opt-Out Form on or before January 31.
- All families will continue to pay tuition deposit via FACTS, our online payment system.
- Each February, beginning in 2021, tuition deposits will be posted to FACTS.
Continuous Enrollment is a simplified way for your child to stay enrolled at Pulaski Academy each year, without the hassle of re-enrollment. If a family decides to opt-out, they will complete the Opt-Out Form by January 31st letting us know that their child will not be returning.
Pulaski Academy offers three payment options through FACTS, our online payment system:
Payment in Full - One payment due in mid-June
3 Payments - Three payments due in June, October, and February
Monthly Payments - Eleven monthly payments beginning in July and continuing monthly through May.
Payments may be made by credit card or an automatic bank draft. Please note, payments made through a credit card are assessed as an additional charge for processing.
Yes. The annual tuition deposit is due February 1st. In February, the non-refundable annual tuition deposit will be automatically drafted from your account via FACTS, our online payment system. If your child will not be returning to PA, you must fill out the Opt-Out Form on or before January 31st.
The non-refundable tuition deposit will automatically be drafted from your account if you have not submitted the Opt-Out Form on or before January 31st, 2022.
In January of each year, emails will be sent to inform you of the upcoming tuition rates as well as changes to fees and school handbooks.
You can update your child's information (contact information, emergency contacts, and medical information) as well as family demographics via the Parent Portal at any time.
