The Campus Master Plan
The PA Campus Master Plan (CMP), is a long-term, multi-phase vision for exceptional facilities that meet the instructional, technological, athletic, and creative needs of current and future Bruins. The CMP serves as a roadmap for the campus of the future, providing new and expanded academic space, thoughtfully designed dining and gathering areas, and both new and reimagined Athletics, extracurricular, and Fine Arts spaces.

Through new construction and strategic renovations to our existing facilities, this plan serves as a model for development that addresses the immediate needs of today’s students and faculty while evolving to meet the space and technology demands of the teachers, students, and leaders of tomorrow.
Since the approval of the Campus Master Plan by the Board of Trustees in the fall of 2025, additional steps now will be taken to make this bold vision for the campus of the future a reality. Partnering with WER Architects, work will begin on the Design Phase of the project, including traffic and safety studies, a topographic survey, site plan development, floor plans, architectural renderings, and other design and construction elements.
The leadership team will continue to keep our community informed of new developments and opportunities to engage. The PA community is strong in generosity, dedication, and commitment, and we look forward to seeing this compelling vision for the future of our campus become a reality, together. Achieving these goals will require the shared support and active involvement of our entire PA community.
