Extended Day Before & After School Care
The Extended Day program is a childcare service offered to Early Childhood, Lower School, and Middle School students before and after regular school hours. During this extended time of the school day, students will engage in a variety of group and individual activities, arts and crafts, free play, and more.
Childcare will be available in accordance with the 2024-2025 Academic Calendar. Childcare is unavailable on holiday breaks, days when school is closed, or closes early due to inclement weather, teacher in-service days, or parent-teacher conference days.
Early Morning Care is available on a drop-in basis for Cubs through 4th-grade students beginning at 7:00 am.Care is $5 per day. At this time, advance registration is not required to participate in this service. Students who are dropped off on campus before 7:35 am will be sent to Early Care and billed for their attendance.
Afterschool Care is available on a registered basis for Cubs through 8th-grade students from 3:05 to 6:00 pm. Care may be secured in one of the three ways outlined below. Limited spots are available for each option and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Occasional drop-ins are not guaranteed from day to day. Students who remain on campus after 3:35 pm will be sent to afterschool care and billed as a non-registered drop-in for their attendance.
- Full-time for the school year (Monday-Friday) *$200 deposit required, $2,616.30 for the school year
- Weekly drop-in for the school year (4 or fewer same days each week) *$17/$25 per day
- Occasional drop-in (as the need arises) *$17/$25 per day

AFTERSCHOOL EXTRAS
The Afterschool Extras program provides afterschool enrichment classes designed to inspire students to explore, create, contribute, and achieve in areas such as visual and fine arts, STEM, sports, academics, and more. Students who are registered for Extended Day may also participate in Afterschool Extra.
Classes are available as a one-day session or may reoccur for a period of weeks. Classes will not be available on holiday breaks, days that school is closed, or closes early, due to inclement weather, teacher in-service days, or parent-teacher conference days.
Fall Extras will be offered from September 9 - December 6, 2024. Fall registration will open the week of August 19, 2024. Additional details will be communicated via email in late July.
Spring Extras will be offered from January 27 - April 25, 2025. Spring registration will open the week of January 6, 2025. Additional details will be communicated via email in December.
