Extended Day Before & After School Care

The Extended Day program is a before-and after-school childcare service designed to accommodate the needs of families with children in Early Childhood, Lower School, and Middle School. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, independent and group activities, free play, homework support, reading, and more. The program offers several package options for reservation.

Childcare services are available on school days in accordance with the Academic Calendar. Please note that childcare is not provided during holiday breaks, school holidays, early dismissals due to weather, teacher in-service days, or parent-teacher conference days.

EARLY CARE OPTIONS: 7:00-7:35 am (173 school days)

*Available for ECS and LS students only. Students dropped off before 7:35 pm will be sent to Early Morning Care and billed as an Option 2 emergency drop-in.

OPTION 1: Full-Time Enrollment - $ 5 per day ($865 school year; $86.50 per month). Enrollment is limited for each grade level and will be processed in the order they are received.
OPTION 2: Emergency Drop-in - $7 per day

AFTERSCHOOL OPTIONS: end of school day - 6:00 pm (173 school days)

*Available for ECS, LS, and MS students. Students not picked up by 3:35 pm will be sent to after-school care and billed as an Option 3 emergency drop-in.

OPTION 1: Full-Time Enrollment - $16 per day ($2,768 school year; $276.80 per month). Enrollment is limited for each grade level and will be processed in the order they are received.
OPTION 2: Weekly Drop-in Enrollment - $18 per day. Enrollment is limited for each grade level/day and will be processed in the order they are received.
OPTION 3: Emergency Drop-In - $25 per day

AFTERSCHOOL EXTRAS

The Afterschool Extras program offers enrichment classes aimed at inspiring students to explore, create, contribute, and succeed in fields such as visual and fine arts, STEM, sports, academics, and more. Students enrolled in the Extended Day program are also welcome to participate in Afterschool Extras if they choose.

Classes may be offered as single-day sessions or as a series over several weeks. Please note that classes will not be held during holiday breaks, school closings, early dismissals, inclement weather days, teacher in-service days, or parent-teacher conference days.
