PA Welcomes New Varsity Girls' Soccer Coach, Dylan Waugh
We are delighted to announce the addition of Coach Dylan Waugh as our new Varsity Girls' Soccer Coach. Coach Waugh brings a wealth of experience, a proven record of success, and a deep commitment to developing athletes of all ages.
Coach Waugh will be taking on a full-time role with PA, allowing him to build a comprehensive and sustainable soccer program, beginning with our youngest ECS students, establishing a strong middle school soccer foundation for both boys and girls, and ultimately creating a seamless pathway to the varsity level. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Coach Waugh will play an active role in our school community by assisting with PE classes and leading middle school soccer athletic periods, providing students with greater opportunities to develop their skills and passion for the game year-round.
Coach Waugh joins us from Episcopal Collegiate School, where he led the Boys’ Soccer team to the 2025 3A State Championship, advancing farther than any team in program history. Beyond his high school coaching success, he has spent a decade coaching with Arkansas Rising Soccer Club, guiding teams to notable accomplishments, including the 2019 U12 Boys State Championship and 2018 U15 Girls State Finalist honors.
A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Coach Waugh is also a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA) and holds a U.S. Soccer Federation C License. His expertise in player development, tactical instruction, and team leadership will be instrumental in elevating Pulaski Academy’s soccer programs at every level.
Please join us in welcoming Coach Waugh to the PA family. We’re excited to have him leading our Bruins soccer program, on and off the field!
