Extended Day Before & After School Care
The Extended Day program is a childcare service offered to Early Childhood, Lower School, and Middle School students before and after regular school hours. During this extended time of the school day, students will engage in a variety of group and individual activities, arts and crafts, free play, and more.
Childcare is available each school day in accordance with the school calendar. Childcare is not available on holiday breaks, days that school is closed, or closes early, due to inclement weather, teacher in-service days, or parent-teacher conference days.
Early Morning Care is available on a drop-in basis for Cubs through 4th-grade students beginning at 7:00 am. Parents are required to escort their child into the building and check in with the supervising teacher. A door code will be required to enter the building, and will be provided by the Director prior to school starting. Students who are dropped off prior to 7:35 am will be sent to Early Care and billed for their attendance.
Afterschool Care is available on a registered basis for Cubs through 8th-grade students from 3:05 to 6:00 pm. Care may be utilized full-time for the semester or on a daily drop-in basis. Limited spots are available for each option, and will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. All students must be registered prior to attending. Students who remain on campus at the conclusion of carpool will be sent to afterschool care and billed as a non-registered drop-in for their attendance.

AFTERSCHOOL EXTRAS
The Afterschool Extras program provides afterschool enrichment classes designed to inspire students to explore, create, contribute, and achieve in areas such as visual and fine arts, STEM, sports, academics, and more. Students who are registered for Extended Day may also participate in Afterschool Extras if they choose.
Classes are available as a one-day session or may reoccur for a period of weeks. Classes will not be available on holiday breaks, days that school is closed, or closes early, due to inclement weather, teacher in-service days, or parent-teacher conference days.
Fall Extras will be offered from September 11 - December 15, 2023. Fall registration will open on August 21, 2023. Additional details will be communicated via email in August.
Spring Extras will be offered from January 22 - April 26, 2024. Spring registration will open on January 8, 2024. Additional details will be communicated via email in December.
