PA Congratulates 5 Students Recognized by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation
Pulaski Academy is pleased to congratulate 5 students recognized by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. Laurel Black, Genrietta Churbanova and Elizabeth Ford are National Merit Semifinalists. Benjamin Hughes and Nisthat Lohani are Commended Scholars.
The National Merit® Scholarship Program is an academic competition for recognition and scholarships. High school students enter the National Merit Program by taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®)—which serves as an initial screen of approximately 1.6 million entrants each year—and by meeting published program entry and participation requirements. Over 16,000 semifinalists nationwide are recognized as the highest-scoring entrants in each state and represent less than one percent of each state’s high school seniors
Pulaski Academy is an independent co-educational college preparatory school for students ages 2.5 through 12th grade. For more information, visit www.pulaskiacademy.org.
