Exposure to the arts, beginning in Early Childhood and continuing through Upper School, is an integral part of the PA experience. The Pulaski Academy curriculum not only provides a well-rounded, aesthetic foundation for our students, but it invites creative problem solving, unique expression, and a lifelong appreciation for art in its many forms.
PA’s commitment to the creative arts is evidenced by the school’s depth of instruction and wide range of creative opportunities in the areas of visual arts, music, theatre, and technology. Within this enriching environment, students identify new interests and cultivate talents and skills, becoming active participants in a journey of inspiration and imagination.
Experienced educators and practitioners nurture, mentor, and motivate students as they explore a world of new and exciting experiences. Students of all ages create and exhibit original artwork and perform on stage in concerts, musicals, and theatrical productions.
Pulaski Academy’s interdisciplinary approach and emphasis on applied learning spurs creativity by the exchange of ideas across academic and artistic disciplines, thereby deepening students’ understanding of material, helping them to make logical connections between subjects, and providing a framework to give greater meaning to the way in which students view the world.
