Type of Position: Director of Online Marketing & Communications
Hours per Week: 40
Talented individual required to promote school brand and identity to our community of parents, and wider audiences. Should have exceptional writing skills and understanding of social media and ability to build relationships and deliver the school's unique voice across multiple channels. Ability to spot and produce quality content and marry it to relevant social media channels is highly desirable. Experience creating and editing graphics for both digital and print media is required. Top candidates will be influencers; bringing staff and current parents on-board to achieve marketing objectives. Workload will be high and varied, so you must be able to multitask across various projects.
Ensure content shared on digital channels is optimized to achieve marketing objectives
Generate ideas for website content and marketing campaigns
Write and produce quality content, taking into account conventions and limitations of social media platforms
Manage and respond to feedback on social media
Liaise with contracted designers on large projects
Use content creation and editing software (such as iMovie and Adobe Photoshop/InDesign) to create quality content
Use school Customer Management System (CMS) to create pages and publish content
Produce marketing collateral (campaign imagery, flyers, posters, etc.)
Contribute to social media routinely in partnership with Communications and Technology team members
Collect and collate feedback into actionable points
Track analytics to measure effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing campaigns
Qualifications and Experience:
An understanding of conventions and purposes of specific marketing processes and methods
An understanding of the conventions and best practices of specific social media platforms
Broad understanding of social and digital media
Experience of using scheduling tools (including HootSuite, TweetDeck, Buffer and SproutSocial)
Intimate knowledge and understanding of SEO and Analytics
Experience using CMS (Veracross)
Desire to continually evolve personal understanding of marketing and social media trends
Experience created and editing graphics for digital and print using InDesign
Ability to write basic HTML
Should have portfolio relevant activities

Pulaski Academy is conducting a national search for a dynamic, highly qualified educational leader to serve as Head of Upper School, effective July 1, 2019. This position will report directly to the President and Head of School. Located in the Pleasant Valley area of suburban West Little Rock, PA is an independent, coeducational college preparatory day school of approximately 1345 students from age two and a half through grade twelve. In addition to managing the general operation of an Upper School of 416 students, the Head of Upper School will play a key role in implementing PA’s new strategic plan as he/she works closely with talented colleagues in providing academic leadership in the areas of curriculum development, program planning, and faculty professional growth.

Job Description: Full time teaching position for a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated person to teach 5th grade science in an outstanding college preparatory program. Candidates should have a MS science certification or an elementary certification with strong experience in teaching science. Candidates should be comfortable with, and practiced in, teaching a variety of science labs and exploratory lessons.
Candidates should have strong technology, math, and classroom management skills. Private school experience is a plus.
